IKEJA, Nigeria - July 2, 2018 - PRLog -- Please be advised  Afrikfest Las Vegas, Inc., Board of Directors by Corporate Resolution and  List of Officers update  filed with the Nevada Secretary of State;  **Dcn Darlington Okpebholo Ray, Africa Coordinator  is no longer associated with the Nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas,  Nevada, U.S. A, with offices in Nigeria (Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt),** effective immediately!

Dcn Darlington Okpebholo Ray is not authorized to make any transactions on behalf of the said organization.

Any transactions made without signed approval from the President - CHRISTOPHER USIGBE or  Director - FAVOR CHIKELU and affixed with the organization's official seal is deemed null and void.
