BizFed Institute Hosting 2023 Workforce Development Forum & Career Fair Nov 8th at UCLACareer Fair & Networking Event with prominent workforce development leaders with the focus of providing solutions for for workplace shortages & training resources. This forum is designed to allow networking between companies, job seekers, policy makers & employers. The forum includes breakfast, lunch & networking hour 9AM to 1PM, followed by career fair from 1PM to 3PM.

BizFed Career Fair & Workforce Development Forum BizFed Institute (BFI), is a prominent 501(c)3 non-profit business think tank organization that covers the Greater Los Angeles area and beyond. Their mission is to analyze the state of our workforce in the public and private sector. Once assessed, BizFed Institute then elevates the skill sets of our workforce through strategic preparation, education, application and calibration in order to compete globally. The first Forum panel starting at 9AM is "The Status of Workforce Development" The second panel is "The New Workforce. Are We Prepared? How Do We Get There?" serving as an in-depth look at what is needed to prepare our future workforce. BizFed Institute will analyze from across different industries and sectors from secondary and higher education to internships and apprenticeships asking "What are the resources that are available or need to be made available to develop workforce skills?" Taking place directly after is the Career Fair from 1PM-3PM which is free to job seekers. At the fair employers can meet and interview candidates for positions. Companies may reserve a table for the career fair and are encouraged to contact Bizfed Institute as soon a possible as space is limited.
