BENALMÁDENA, Spain - Nov. 30, 2023 - PRLog -- The Thrive Tribe (TTT), a diverse team of international women dedicated to coaching, training, and mentoring human trafficking survivors, proudly announces the launch of a groundbreaking global pilot program designed to empower and support survivors on their journey to healing and personal growth. The 6 month initiative, led by Emma Lees, Director and Coach of The Thrive Tribe, commenced this month (November 2023), marking the first of its kind for survivors of human trafficking.

Lees says, "The Thrive Tribe has curated an incredible group of top international experts – professional women across multiple industries — to help survivors tackle their reintegration into a more fulfilled life after enduring one of humanity's most atrocious crimes."

The Thrive Tribe provides a unique combination of community support, group coaching, and one-on-one mentoring,

Lees adds "We help survivors explore their visions without barriers and support them in working towards their aspirations and hopes, whether it's personal or professional development."

Survivors, and the volunteer team are based across the globe, including Nigeria, Cameroon, US, Canada, Zambia, UK, Romania, Germany, and Spain.

The pilot project will be evaluated for social impact, with the aim of securing funding for future cohorts and ultimately making The Thrive Tribe a survivor-led initiative.

The program, developed in partnership with Liluye, a 501(c)(3) anti-trafficking charity based in the U.S., and Inner Coaching You, Emma Lees' transformational coaching practice based in Spain, aims to collectively heal survivors and provide support to work towards an aspirational future.

"We have come together to help collectively heal trafficking survivors who have endured unimaginable trauma and give them hope for a better, healthier, and more joyful future," says Jill Langhus-Griffin, Founder of Liluye.

The Thrive Tribe aims to empower the entire community working alongside these survivors. As an innovative and exciting program, it is hoped that the ripple effects will extend far beyond this first cohort.
