Make your own BIODIESEL at low cost in farms and small business

-- -- CMM Ingenieria has improved its SAVOIA BD JET technology, exported since 2003, to manually produce high quality biodiesel.

As it is an oil business, the key is to use as a feedstock ANY crude (not degummed) oil produced by crushing seeds at farms, and/or used collected cooked oil (UCO), with up to 6%FFA's.

The innovative BD2 & BD4 processors are affordable units to convert this oil, at low cost, from 400 to 5000 Liter/day (100-1300 GPD) in succesive batches. The separation is by gravity settling, and is not mandatory to "wash" our biodiesel.
The reaction in high temperature (+80°C) reaches a yield of 98-99% in a single step. No complex centrifuges nor electronics are used. One not skilled operator can manage each module. DIY installation, no maintenance needed.

Our company also offers the BD2-G processor to turn all the crude glycerine into 100% cattle feed , and the BD4MGW unit to manufacture reusable BIOMETHANOL.

The biodiesel is widely used in diesel engines and also turned in an ecologic coadjuvant, to reduce the qty of poisonous agrochemicals deployed in farms.
