The Inspiration for the Book

Time Travel for Fun and Prophet originates from Terry's desire to write something he'd like to read.  He and Carol share a fascination with the whimsical and the improbable.  Fueled by curiosity and absurdity, they concocted a tale blending science fiction, humor, and a touch of danger.

Their brainstorming sessions involved debates on where and when to place Dan in time and space as well as in jeopardy.  They reveled in plot twists:  Dan meeting Shakespeare and triggering a play, Freddie confronting her worst day ever, and both of them avoiding annihilation.
