Reworked Announces 2024 Employee Experience Leader of the Year and IMPACT Award Honorees

The Reworked IMPACT Awards celebrate exceptional work in the fields of employee experience and the digital workplace.

The most prestigious award is the Employee Experience Leader of the Year, presented to an individual who demonstrates excellence in evolving the overall employee experience, including workplace programs, management processes, technology and culture.

Reworked's 2024 Employee Experience Leader of the Year is Diane Psaras, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for VITAS Healthcare.

Judging was completed by a panel of practitioners and industry specialists, led by Reworked Editor-in-Chief Siobhan Fagan, with the winner and honorable mentions selected based on information provided through the nomination process.
