Ludlow Trust announces purchase of C. Hoare & Co's trust business

LONDON - April 22, 2024 - PRLog -- Ludlow Trust, a provider of specialist trust administration services for private clients and the charitable sector, has announced it has reached the latest stage on its journey to becoming one of the UK leading providers of trust administration services with the purchase of C. Hoare & Co's UK trust business.

The deal marks a significant milestone in Ludlow Trust's growth. Alongside the agreement, Ludlow Trust has also entered into a new partnership with C. Hoare & Co. which, established in 1672, is the UK's oldest privately owned bank, to provide trust administration to C. Hoare & Co. customers in future.
