Astrid Brucker, Costume Designer for JOSHUA

July 5, 2007 - PRLog -- New York (July 2007) -- Astrid Brucker is the costume designer on the film, Joshua, to be released by Fox Searchlight Pictures, July 6th. Directed by George Ratliff, the film stars Sam Rockwell and Vera Farmiga as parents of a boy in an exclusive Manhattan school, who develops some scary character traits. Joshua is played by newcomer, Jacob Kogan.

In a positive review by Steve Ramos on Indiewire (January 22, 2007), he singled out Ms. Brucker when describing Joshua as, "...a glossy drama equal in look and technique to any first-class studio production, thanks primarily to cameraman Benoit Debie and costume designer Astrid Brucker."
