Feb. 4, 2008 - PRLog -- Chapel Hill, NC – Ozzie Godoy, owner and operator of Town Hall Grill, an eclectic bar and grill located in Southern Village in Chapel Hill, has hired Mike Monaco as the new General Manager as of January 14th, 2008.  Monaco has over 15 years experience in restaurant management, and holds an impressive resume of managing several high volume, upscale restaurants.
