May 22nd 2008 will see the release of the fourth Indiana Jones blockbuster movie. Little is known about the plot of the movie apart from the fact that the crystal skull mentioned in the movie’s title is alien in origin and that the fictional Indiana Jones visits the Air Base at Roswell, New Mexico. Roswell, New Mexico is of course  the factual location for the crash of a UFO in l947.  The ‘Roswell Incident’ as is better known has been covered in countless books and documentaries in recent years.

To coincide with the release of the new Indiana Jones movie UFO DATA magazine will be featuring in its March/April issue the story of what some researchers believe is a real alien/human hybrid skull. Nicknamed the Starchild skull American researcher Lloyd Pye details his efforts to have the skull scientifically investigated. This detailed report comes complete with photographs and illustrations.

The ‘Starchild skull’ was first discovered in an abandoned mine in the Copper Canyon area of northern  Mexico. Discovered by a young girl who had strayed away from the nearby village while visiting relatives, she found the remains of a large human skeleton clutching a smaller skeleton in its arms. This smaller skeleton seemed ‘odd’ in some way, not quite ‘human’.

Many years later, after laying in a cardboard box, the skull made its way into the hands of UFO researchers who noticed its remarkable resemblance to the so-called ‘grey aliens’ often depicted in UFO close encounter scenarios. Not knowing what to do with it these researchers turned to a researcher of ancient hominids by the name of Lloyd Pye. Pye now reveals all his research and what he believe is the skull of a human/alien hybrid child.
