Fatima: Rays of God's Light

On July 11, 2008 at 3:45 PM, I photographed Rays of God's Light in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, located at the World Apostolate of Fatima, Washington, (Warren County), NJ, USA.   The Catholic chapel had subdued lighting, so I used the flash to take indoor photographs.  However, sunlight appears to be shining through the stained glass window, creating beautiful rainbow colors!  The rays of light appear to be flowing towards the ceiling.  I cannot explain the phenomenon; however, God seems to work in mysterious ways.  Our Lord Jesus Christ sends signs and wonders when we least expect it.  The photo is posted on NJ.com at the following link:  http://photos.nj.com/photogallery/2008/07/fatima_rays_of_gods_light.html

Remarkably, the stained glass window is a representation of the Miracle of the Sun, which was witnessed by 70,000 people on October 13, 1917 at Fatima, Portugal.

In John, Chapter 1, Verse 5, the following is noted: "Now this is the message that we have heard from him and proclaim to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all."

In Psalm 150:1-2, the following is proclaimed: "Praise God in his Holy sanctuary; give praise in the mighty dome of heaven. Give praise for his mighty deeds, praise him for his great majesty."
