73.6% of Finca Di Pacifico Dos, a unique investment in teak and development land, is now sold

Nov. 19, 2008 - PRLog -- Costa Rica Invest announces that 73.6% of Finca Di Pacifico Dos is now sold. Finca Di Pacifico Dos offers purchasers an absolutely unique opportunity to invest in development land in Costa Rica with the added advantage and security of teak growing on the land.

Di Pacifico Dos is a 400ha teak plantation with spectacular views of the Gulf of Nicoya and Pacific Ocean. The development has an excellent location halfway between the Costa Rica’s two international airports and on the Pan American highway.

Some sea view plots are still available and all of the plots with 14 year old teak are sold out.  There are plots with 12 and 11 year old teak remaining and the teak will be ready for harvest at 20 years old. Teak prices have continued to increase throughout 2008 and teak prices increased by an average of 8.5% over the past 10 years.
