By: Trendy PR Gloria Kisel Agnes-Nicole Winter was raised in Sweden and graduated from the School of Optometry in Stockholm. Her love of fashion launched her modeling career in Europe and in the United States, and later she became involved as an actress and producer of movies and television shows. She made her first movie in 1987. Later, she was appointed Vice President in charge of production at Hux Enterprises in Beverly Hills, where she developed, wrote and produced the "Priceless Intentions" project for cable television. Ms. Winter was the Executive Producer and Host of the “Agnes Winter Show” from 1994 to 1998, where she also oversaw the production and the release of the cable TV show. Today, Agnes-Nicole is the President/CEO of Global Star Films Inc. – in Beverly Hills, California. She wrote, produced and is co-starring with Kevin Farley and John Farley in the company’s first feature film “The Gold & The Beautiful” www.thegoldandthebeautiful.com, a comedy/adventure, directed by Jack Serino, and a theme song written by Carol Connors, two time Academy Award nominated singer and songwriter. She is also starring in the feature film “Precious Metal,” an action/adventure/ Agnes-Nicole most recently supported the Tony Hawk Foundation, where they raised $1 million on Nov. 9th 2008. She was a single parent for 10 years and delights in raising her two sons in Los Angeles, where she founded and is the CEO of C.A.P. - Children's After-School Programs Inc. www.capforkids.org. The mission of this charity is to raise funds to pay for supervised summer camps and after-school programs for children raised by low-income working single parents who cannot afford it. She is a graduate of "Team Beverly Hills,” a leadership program sponsored by the Beverly Hills City Council, and a board member of SWEA Film Commission-Swedish Women's Educational Association Inc., a global nonprofit organization for Swedish-speaking women who live abroad.
