Isaac Sanders Three Decades of Professional Experience in Higher Education

Sanders completed his doctoral studies from Kansas State University, Kansas. The emphasis of this program was on Higher Education Administration and Business Management.

He has in-depth knowledge of higher education administration and business management as he has earned Ph.D. with a major in these. He has conducted workshops on organizational change, leadership, and morale building in workplace.

At present, Isaac Sanders is the Vice President for University Advancement and Executive Director of ESU Foundation East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities include providing direct supervision and managing various aspects of the University, such as development, corporate and community relations, alumni affairs, public relations, etc. He is the member of the President's cabinet and also serves in the absence of the president of the university.

In the early 90s, Isaac Sanders was the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services; Associate Professor of Education in Tuskegee University. Here, he served as Chief Student Affairs Officer and managed six departments within the division along with marketing, and administrative leadership. Some of his achievements during his 5 years tenure include managing a budget of $4 million, securing an external funding of $500,000.
