He completed his Ph.D. from Kansas State University with specialization in both higher education administration and business management. Isaac Sanders is also a certified facilitator with the American Association of Governing Boards (AGB) in Washington DC. His responsibilities include facilitating workshop's and training for University Foundation's and Boards of Trustees regarding their roles and responsibilities in fund raising and managing; he also manages the endowments of their foundations.
