The J. Hartman Company Interview with Will Crist Reveals Secrets to Success for Salespeople

The Sander methodology turns that on its head as Will says “My job is not to get somebody to buy something from me.  My job is to find out what they want, what kind of issues they have and what struggles are there.  We call that the pain.  Then we figure out how I can help them achieve the outcome they want.”
