Sweet Pea Productions To Produce "STORK"

Aug. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- Nikki Taylor Melton of Sweet Pea Productions announced plans to produce her 4th project, “STORK”.   Will Seymour save the day… or will the baby factory be taken over by the ever scheming Stanley?     This sets the premise for the hilarious and heart warming family film slated for production this fall in Illinois.    It will be the company’s first animated feature and is to include the stellar cast of Ed Asner (Up, Elf, JFK), Brian Bloom (Smokin Aces, As The World Turns), Joyce DeWitt (Call of the Wild, Three’s Company), Kim Fields (Meet the Brown’s, Facts of Life), and Larry Thomas (Seinfeld).  
   The film will also feature the voices of Exec. Producer Nikki Taylor Melton (Dog Jack, Leading Ladies, Next Generation New Testament Audio Bible), Richard Pryor Jr, Cyn Dulay (Baggage, Leverage),Steve Christopher (Witless Protection), Jerry Rector (Star Trek, The Next Generation), Kymberly Harris (Lefty), James Vallo (Working Title), Brian Talbot, Gregg Wright, Z.D. Smith, Tessa Spencer and Candi Gomez.

   The film was written and will be directed by VFX veteran Omar McClinton.  Art Direction will be helmed by Eric Hector and edited by Tim Lynn both of Heroic Age Studios.  http://www.heroicagestudios.com.  Plans for a holiday 2010 theatrical release date are in the works but a definitive distribution deal has not yet been determined.
