Portable Boiler Hire for Floor Drying

Aug. 12, 2009 - PRLog -- When the construction completion date of a new building was being put back due the floor screed not Drying quickly All Seasons Hire were called in to help. The problem was exacerbated by the poor weather conditions and high levels of Ventilation in the areas of Drying. However All Seasons Hire could supply the perfect solution to the Drying problem in the form of 22Kw three phase Portable Electric Boilers. These Boiler Units were supplied complete with heat exchangers and pipe work and could be quickly connected to the already installed Under Floor Heating System. Upon receiving the call for help an All Seasons Hire engineer visited the site to determine the exact requirements of the project. It was at this point that it was advised that the existing Under Floor Heating System could be utilised for the Drying of the screed. The 22Kw three phase Portable Electric Boilers were connected to the Under Floor Heating manifolds, via temporary flexible pipe work, pumping low temperature hot water around the system.
The 22Kw Portable Electric Boiler units can also be use to supply emergency Heating and Hot Water to finished buildings whilst the existing Boiler is undergoing Planned Maintenance or breaks down.  

All Seasons Hire Portable Boilers can be moved from site to site and connection to existing Heating and Hot Water systems; the Portable Boilers can also be used in conjunction with Air Handling units for Heating and Drying projects. Connections are made simple by using high quality flexible hoses. All Seasons Hire can also offer a Fuel Management service supplying fully Bunded Portable Fuel Tanks along with arranging fuel deliveries.
All Seasons Hire can provide Portable Boilers from 100kW to 550kW; the Boilers are available in Mobile, easy to tow format or Containerised. Fuel types are also variable with Oil and Natural Gas Burners.
