Kt Giftings, Jessica Simpson, and Operation Smile

Here is a little about the event courtesy of Twestival.  On September 11, 2009, Twestival goes local. Participants will gather to raise funds for Operation Smile via 140Smiles.org.  OperationSmile.org mobilizes a world of generous hearts to heal children's smiles and transform lives across the globe. Their network of volunteers works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates. 140Smiles.org has been created to raise funds and awareness specifically within the twitter community. Referencing twitter™’s 140 character limit, 140 Smiles seeks to improve the lives of 140 children in need.
