New Release - MaxiCode Font for Printing UPS Shipping Labels by IDAutomation.com

Sept. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- (Tampa, FL.) IDAutomation.com, Inc. announces the release of the MaxiCode Font and Encoder Package, which is supplied with TrueType, PCL and PostScript fonts. The package includes a Windows COM DLL, Crystal Reports UFL and an ActiveX Control graphic encoder. MaxiCode is an area efficient two-dimensional (2D) barcode symbology capable of encoding large amounts of data. It is primarily used by UPS on shipping labels to encode the destination address, tracking number and other information all in a single barcode symbol.

A demo may be downloaded from , which is fully functional with the exception that a demo notice is encoded in about 30% of the symbols. A royalty-free Developer License for the product costs $1790.
