Oct. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Customers can request a quote directly from the web page of a product they are interested in. This brings up a pre-completed request form, into which customers just enter their contact details and press send. The completed form is sent directly to the relevant local sales office, saving the customer time normally spent telephoning for a price or typing an e-mail themselves.

Regular visitors to Brüel & Kjær’s websites can save themselves time by registering their details on its website as the system automatically completes the contact detail section.

The online request form is just part of a host of features Brüel and Kjær has created to improve customer service, including an online booking form and tracking facility for products needing service or repair.
