Raffles van Exel to Produce Video for Reggae Star Ras Penco

Oct. 19, 2009 - PRLog -- Raffles van Exel, President of Raffles Entertainment, has signed on to Produce and Executive Produce a new music video entitled “Be By My Side” for Uprize Music's recording artist Ras Penco. The music video will be directed by Grant Housley for Still House production.

Reggae sensation Ras Penco’s single “Thousand Miles” reached number one in his home country of Jamaica and the Caribbean. “Thousand Miles” is enjoying heavy rotation on B.E.T.’s Soul Session, MTV Music, and VH1 Soul. The song continues to dominate the top five of the US Reggae charts. Ras Penco has had an impeccable run this year, and the streak continues with Raffles van Exel to Executive Produce the upcoming video, “Be By My Side”. "Be By My Side" is a romantic Reggae/pop ballad that is already receiving airplay in Jamaica and is quickly racing up the charts.
