Ras Penco has had an impeccable run this year, and the streak continues with Raffles van Exel to Executive Produce the upcoming video, “Be By My Side”. "Be By My Side" is a romantic Reggae/pop ballad that is already receiving airplay in Jamaica and is quickly racing up the charts.
