The U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) now recognizes the Cryogenic Institute of New England, Inc. to work with all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. The DDTC facilitates the ITAR registration under authority created by the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The Cryogenic Institute of New England, Inc.’s approval for ITAR registration recognizes the company’s capability to handle items controlled by the U.S. Munitions List and be in compliance with governmental and international regulations.
