Lensrentals.com acquires Ziplens.com

Dec. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Lensrentals, Inc., the largest online renter of photography equipment in the U. S., announces an agreement to acquire Ziplens, LLC, a Boston-based photography equipment rental house. Under terms of the agreement, Lensrentals will purchase assets of Ziplens and provide service to their existing customer base. Lee Cullivan, President and CEO of Ziplens, will actively assist Lensrentals with the transition during the first half of 2010. The acquisition will allow Lensrentals to further expand its customer base and allow Ziplens’ customers access to a broader range of photography equipment.
