Cloud CMA will combine IRES MLS data with information from real estate’s leading websites and data providers to give the consumer an in-depth spectrum of the information available. Most importantly, Cloud CMA will provide real estate professionals with the state-of-art tools to create knowledgeable Comparative Market Analysis reports, Buyer Tours, and Property Profiles in a .pdf format. The .pdf version of the reports will also provide a variety of click-able interactive links to allow consumers the ability to further explore and research real estate data whether they are buying or selling their home.
