Jan. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- I have found in my years of advising clients on private jet charter and arranging private jet flights that they appreciate the benefits of private jet services.  Private Jet Services include arranging the private jet charter.  This entails calling the Operator to secure the aircraft for the client and sending the client an itinerary and tail number with the pilot's names.  I also like to name the client as additionally insured.  The Operator will gladly do this for the broker.
Another service which the broker does is arranges catering and ground transportation for the client.  The job of the broker is to not only give the clients the best options for aircraft charter, but also to arrange catering and transportation as well.  Usually I will email clients a menu and give them an estimate of the costs.  I like to do this, as catering can be quite expensive.  Clients usually appreciate this.  Lastly, ground transportation is also arranged by the broker.  It is a good idea to get several quotes so you can be competitive.  Also, if the clients request a newer car it is the brokers responsibility to make sure the companies quoted will not only show up on time,  but are also are professional.
