Two Michelin Star Ming Court Launches New Generation Chinese New Year Puddings

Bucking tradition, Ming Court restaurant at Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong has created a celestial Golden Sesame Chinese New Year pudding hand-crafted by two Michelin star chef Tsang Chiu King and his team of experts.

To maintain the pudding’s boutique hand-crafted integrity, only 500 of the limited edition pudding will be created for the 2010 CNY season.

The Golden Sesame pudding at this hotel in Hong Kong has a ravishing gold appearance and is naturally flavoured with the delicate warmth of white sesame.  The pudding is priced at $128.

Chef Tsang and his team will continue to craft the ever-popular original ($128) and turnip ($138) Chinese New Year puddings.
