Four Points Property Management Welcomes New Client Community, Sunshores Condominium Association

Jan. 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Sunshores Condo is a small 27 unit waterfront community located in Eastern Shores in North Miami Beach, Florida. Amenities include a swimming pool and boat slips and dock for resident use. Four Points Property Management currently manages several communities in the Eastern Shores area and will provide a property manager for at least 1
site visit a week. In addition, Four Points Property Management will provide the following services to the association as part of their Management Agreement; administrative management services, financial management services including payment of all association invoices, preparation of monthly financial statements, and also physical property management services and project management. Additionally, Four Points Property Management will prepare the associations annual budgets, annual meeting and elections, and will also provide Board of Director support and education. Four Points Property Management will operate their accounting and administration systems using VMS
Software.
