This is the first installment of videos showcasing seven of the core lifts that make up the heart of a bodybuilder’s training routine, including the deadlift, squat and military press.

Each video features Bonnett, who started his career in 2006 by winning the Mr. Manitoba contest. A certified personal trainer and co-founder of contestprep.ca, Bonnett has established himself as a bodybuilding pro and an expert in workout theories, dieting techniques and the science of bodybuilding contest preparation.
