Renovations at the Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden to Be Completed in Spring of 2010

March 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Golden, CO – To further enhance its already prime location at the base of Table Mountain west of Denver, the Hampton Inn Golden continues to make changes to its facility which commenced in November, 2009. Noted for its proximity to shopping, recreation and business centers, the ongoing renovations, totaling $1.9 million, will further add to a property set amid a bustling small town on the edge of a major urban hub.

Guests visiting the Hampton Inn in Golden can look forward to significant changes in the weeks ahead. All 121 rooms at the hotel will be appointed with new furniture including a large desk with conveniently placed outlets and task lighting, as well as an ergonomic chair for comfort, microwave, refrigerator, a 37" flat screen TV, digital thermostat, and Hampton's signature Cloud Nine Bedding.

Gathering spaces throughout the hotel are also getting a new look. The Hampton Inn Perfect Mix Lobby, upon completion, will feature two 40-inch flat panel TVs, a community table to encourage social interaction furnished with counter high stools, complimentary internet access, and a breakfast area with the newly designed Hampton breakfast menu that includes a waffle station.

Complimentary Stay Connected Wi-Fi is being installed throughout the hotel to ensure that guests always have the connectivity they need. Renovation to the Business Center will also enable guests to have convenient access to technology including complimentary use of a computer, printer, scanner and copier.

Hiking and biking trails abound nearby outdoors, but indoors at Hampton Inn Golden guests can break a sweat on state-of-the-art exercise equipment in the Jump Start Fitness Room where new flat screen TVs have been installed on cardio machines, core balance accessories added to the equipment inventory and a 40-inch flat screen TV is available for all to enjoy.

Other notable changes included in the renovation are the addition of the 24-hour Hampton Inn Suite Shop offering guests a convenient place to purchase snacks and sundry items, as well as a newly painted exterior and repaved parking surfaces.
