By: INDEVCO Group MASTERPAK recycles 100% of its PE waste and re-uses it to reduce virgin raw material consumption, energy usage and water pollution. The plant and administration adopt energy saving modes ranging from simple initiatives, such as turning off power-consuming appliances in non-occupied offices, saving office paper, sending regularly paper and plastic caps for recycling and water heating from solar energy, as well as other practices. At MASTERPAK, production processes are energy-efficient and machines are continuously maintained. The team is constantly working on minimizing the environmental impact of the company's operations, from using battery-operated forklifts and benefiting from daylight in the plant to minimizing plastic waste creation, while continuously pursuing opportunities to recycle and re-use waste materials. Furthermore, the plant engages employees to reduce environmental impact.
