Ware Malcomb Partners with Lumension to Build a World-Class Global Headquarters

March 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Ware Malcomb Phoenix (www.waremalcomb.com) is proud to announce the completion of Lumension’s (www.lumension.com) new world headquarters located at 8660 East Hartford Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lumension, a global leader in endpoint management and security, is the fourth largest software company in Arizona.

Lumension’s top priority was to ensure their new global headquarters accurately reflected the company’s culture and support its green initiatives and future growth. To achieve this objective, Ware Malcomb worked alongside Lumension to understand their overall business, values, brand, and needs through a series of visioning sessions.

In the end, Ware Malcomb designed a contemporary, flexible, high-tech space, reflective of the company’s goals. The 27,000 square feet of office space includes a 1,200 square foot raised floor data center, a large executive board room, multi-media training rooms, break & entertainment area, and collaborative large open office spaces for software design teams.

“Our vision behind this project was to build a global headquarters in Scottsdale to be reflective of our innovative technology and corporate vision and mission, while providing for our future growth,” said Colleen Shannon, CFO of Lumension. “More importantly, we wanted to focus on building a green facility that closely aligns with our technology innovation in delivering greener technology solutions. Ware Malcomb not only did a phenomenal job of bringing our vision to life but they went above and beyond to develop a sustainable design that is sophisticated and innovative. The new sustainable design represents Lumension’s sensitivity to the surrounding environment and includes key design features that reflect those goals.”
