MACHINE FEATURES

DL320 horizontal directional drilling machine can be applied to underground construction of cable and pipelines. In uniform or mixed earth it can drill cross 500 meters long and 1000mm diameter pipeline.

The machine uses five pumps hydraulic system with two hydraulic oil tanks、water cooling system which enables it work in hot area. The power head is driven by four motors. It can work in two speeds.

AThe working table

The working table is composed of the instrument, buttons and handling stick. The machine will work under the order of these components.

B   Oil cylinder and chain system

The oil cylinder push pull system offers the drill rigs the most predominant out power. It can work efficiently even when the backward force reach its max force.

C    Steel track with rubber chain cover

This designation of the track makes it easy to assemble and maintain.

D  Mud pump

DL320 employs domestic mud pump of high-quality brand. It can work in four speed.. Its mud flow various from 75 to 320 liters per minute. The pressure can reach to 8 Mpa.

E  Power head

The power head can work in two speeds. During the process of thrust and back drag, it works in low speed. During the process of loading and unloading drill rod, it works in high speed to increase the work efficiency.

F  Engine

DL320 equipped with Cummins C180 engine. The outlet power is 132KW.

The whole no dig mud recycling equipments is designed for this client specially including GNZJ83-2 mud cleaner, portable SLH150-30 Jet mud mixer, Mud tank, SB5x4-13 Sand pumps and separated shale shaker GNZS83-2. The Korean HDD contractor uses the equipments for their HDD contract.

The treating capacity of the whole drilling mud recycling equipments is 60m3/h. Since the no dig is a special drilling for civil construction, it has requirements on convenient transportation and movable. Furthermore, the treating capacity is less than oil & gas well drilling, however, similar to thermal well drilling.
