PRLog -- At a fairly young age, Kasturi, a young Indian Tamil girl, becomes the breadwinner of her family. She comes from a family with orthodox beliefs and principles. Tradition is important to her and Kasturi upholds these values and principles. Deeply religious, she places her complete faith and trust in Lord Shiva, the three-eyed deity whom she believes has all the answers to her prayers. Although a day-dreamer, she knows full well that when she one day marries, it will be to a man her father chooses. But Fate intervenes. Kasturi meets a young man quite by chance and they fall in love. Their young love blossoms, but is kept a secret. But then Vishal and Kasturi are caught off guard. Almost at the same time, Kasturi's father becomes gravely ill. Misunderstanding ensues, causing a rift between the young lovers. Heartbroken, Kasturi slowly picks up the pieces and moves on with her life. When a marriage proposal for her younger sister arrives, Kasturi faces the biggest challenge of her life. At her father's insistence, she reluctantly agrees to marry. To the outside world, her marriage seems perfect but Kasturi suffers at the hands of her husband, Anand. Yet she firmly believes that Lord Shiva, the powerful deity holding a trident in his hand and from whose hair the River Ganges flows, will not forsake her. "Om Namah Shivaya," she chants daily. When a miracle takes place, Kasturi's small world is about to become full circle. But tragedy strikes and alters everyone's lives...
