Linium’s acquisition of Five9 Technologies Training division, Chicago-based management consulting firm specializing in IT performance and business process, will  springboard Linium’s own education offerings launch through Linium Educational Services (ES) adding to its array of services specializing in IT solutions and strategy, enterprise performance, and business technology optimization.

Seasoned, multi-certified training specialist and former manager at Five9 Technologies in Chicago, Ralph Nabicht joined Linium to spearhead this sought after service.  Mr. Nabicht’s extensive list of certifications include:  ITIL V3 Masters Certificate, ISO 20000(instructor certified), Six Sigma/Lean Black belt instructor, Project Management Professional (PMP) Instructor, MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), ITSM Simulations (Experiential Learning) certified, and Certified Trainer with Loyalist College ITIL Accreditation Body.

Linium will continue to grow and expand the already robust Five9’s course offerings and certifications in ITIL, ISO20000, PMP, Six Sigma and CoBit while providing flexible training solutions specifically designed to best meet client needs by leveraging a wide variety of delivery formats and testing options.  Linium’s ES division will help clients get the most from their technology investment through a wide range of cost-effective education offerings to ensure clients maximize the return on their IT services investment and align training needs with business goals and objectives to cultivate and grow crucial business, process and IT skills within the organization.
