May 8, 2010 - PRLog -- "Leadership is all about uplifting the minds of individuals towards fulfilling his/her own goals in life" rightly stated by Ms. Seema Sapru, the Principal of Heritage School earmarked the investiture ceremony on 30th April, 2010. The ceremony started with the thematic song of Heritage School and the Chief Guest Mr. K. Hari Rajan entered the auditorium of the school on the particular day greeted by staff and the students in a gesture of army and military approach respecting the values on which the foundation of the school resides.

The whole ceremony was attended by more than 300 parents where they have seen their own child taking the oath in the investiture ceremony as a leader maintaning the discipline of the school in a "ROYAL WAY". It was the ceremony where the Principal and the school management committee felicitates the leadership role in the students by appointing leaders among the students in the student council to preserve the discipline and decorum of the school. The felicitation was done indeed where the students took the oath in front of the Principal and the Chief Guest creating a memoir in the ceremony respecting the values of the institution.

Apart from this, Mr. K. Hari Rajan gave his thought about leadership in front of the students citing the example of great leaders in the world and giving instances of their autobiographies. He told every student to spent at least 1 hour in the library reading fictions and other biographical books of leaders to motivae and get inspired so as to achieve the goals in life.

Indeed it was a Royal Ceremony at Heritage School done since last 10 years depicting a new model of leadership among the students of the nation.
