The Art Institute Of Portland Announces “a Feast For The Eyes” 12th Annual Fashion Show

May 20, 2010 - PRLog -- On June 5, 2010 The Art Institute of Portland will hold its 12th annual fashion show and silent auction “A Feast for the Eyes” at the Oregon Convention Center. This premiere red carpet event will feature a glamorous evening including a VIP cocktail reception, juried food-inspired fashion designs, and a showcase of Senior Collections.

The Art Institute of Portland’s annual fashion show is the College’s largest fundraiser for The Education Foundation’s Creative Arts Scholarship fund, a scholarship program benefiting students currently enrolled at The Art Institute of Portland. To date, The Education Foundation has awarded approximately $100,000 to students attending The Art Institute of Portland, 100% of those dollars being raised in Portland.

In addition to supporting continued education, The Art Institute of Portland is proud to announce new elements of the show including a canned food collection benefiting the Oregon Food Bank and a pre-show Silent Auction.
