Before SHELLAC was released in the U.S. VIP was able to have a CND Educator come to the salon and teach our staff.  Only select amounts of products were given to educators throughout the U.S. and VIP was one that the product was flown in for. ‘We were so excited to be able to be trained and launch bookings on May 1st while the rest of the world had just been able to purchase the product!” says Borowy.
