The 2010 Noetic Medal awarded to Israeli Physicist Avshalom C. Elitzur

May 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Professor Avshalom C. Elitzur of Iyar, The Israeli Institute for Advanced Research receives the prestigious NOETIC MEDAL OF CONSCIOUSNESS & BRAIN RESEARCH in London on Tuesday July, 13th 2010 at London's Imperial College.

Th Noetic Medal of Conscioousness and Brain Research is given to Outstanding Individuals for Lifetime achievement in the fields related to Consciousness, Medicine, Philosophy of Mind and Brain Research.

Israeli Physics Professor Avshalom C. Elitzur is the 2010 recipient for Contributions to Cosmology of Mind and relevant extensions to Quantum Theory related to Interaction-Free Measurement that relate to the cosmology of mind.

The Noetic Medal was established in 1998 by Noted Noeticist Prof. Richard L. Amoroso
founding director of the Noetic Advanced Studies Institute and Executive Editor of The Noetic Press.

Elitzur of Iyar, of The Israeli Institute for Advanced Research is to receive the medal on July 13th 2010 at London's Imperial College during the International Symposium "Search for Fundamental Theory", the VIIth congress in honor of noted French Mathematical Physicist Jean-Pierre Vigier.
