Younan Properties Announces Dallas Lease Deals

June 7, 2010 - PRLog -- DALLAS, May 25, 2010 --- Younan Properties, Inc.,  a fully-integrated, national real estate owner and operator and the largest office building owner in Dallas,  announced the following renewals and new leases totaling 16,000 SF in four of its suburban Dallas office buildings in the Central Expressway submarket:

Four Forest - Steven J. Sanders & Co. leased 3,000 sf at Four Forest. Jeff Eckert and James Esquivel of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the extension on behalf of Younan. The tenant was represented by John Amend of The Amend Group.

Three Energy Square - Cowboys and Indians renewed 6,000 SF Sandie Matejek and Matt Samler represented Younan. The tenant was represented by John Shaunfield and Kyle Kent of Newmark Knight Frank. Advance Homecare Management, Inc. added 3,745 SF in an expansion.

Two Energy Square - Younan handled a 1,000 SF lease for Terry Cross.

One Energy Square- Matejek and Samlar also represented Younan on direct leases with Spence Energy Corporation, Lewis Operating Company; Martha Ann Schneider; and JR Woodley Ranch Real Estate, Inc. Neofirma, Inc., leased 1,598 SF and was represented by Stream Realty. Crescent Oil and Gas and TSC Oil were represented by tenant brokers Jackson Cooksey.
