Reazon and Indiana University will co-present iRubric’s features, discuss the integration of iRubric with Sakai CLE and demonstrate Indiana University’s experience with iRubric-for-Sakai.

The three presentations to be featured are:

* “Integration of Sakai and iRubric” - Learn about the technical issues of integrating the two systems and include a brief demonstration of the result. Some topics that will be discussed include integration security, database modification and future enhancements.

* “Assessments with Rubrics in Sakai” - Learn about the need for rubrics for accreditation reports at Indiana University ‘s School of Education. The workshop will also include a demonstration of how the institution is using iRubric-for-Sakai to asses student learning and to evaluate program effectiveness.

* “iRubric-for-Sakai” - Learn how to access iRubic through Sakai and about iRubric’s features, such as how it enables faculty to assess students based on detailed key measures, provides students with in-depth requirements and feedback on their work and allows instructional administrators to analyze student learning outcomes across courses and programs.
