By participating in the survey, people will be entered into a drawing where the winner may choose from one of the following three prizes:

The drawing will be held on June 21, 2010, and one winner will be selected from all eligible survey participants. The winner will be notified by email with 48 hours and may choose their prize from the three options described above.
