July 1, 2010 - PRLog -- With offices located in the center of the prestigious business district of Orange County, Joel Barretto CFP® proudly announces the availability of his professional specialties for both individuals and businesses alike from his location at the Irvine Spectrum in the State of California.  

Barretto, a Certified Financial Planner® and Investment Advisor Representative with ING Financial Partners, seeks to enhance the financial literacy and awareness in the community by focusing his practice on the financial issues involved with retirement, family asset optimization and preservation.  

Office services will not only include individual and business consultation, Barretto will also seek to provide educational seminars, lectures, open forums and other instructional opportunities as they arise.

Barretto received his Bachelor of Science Degree from San Beda College in Manila Philippines in 1986 and his CFP® designation from the State of California’s Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in 2006.  Additionally, he has been an independent financial advisor of his own company Abacus Financial Network since 1999.

Additional side interests include various sports such as golf and tennis.  In fact, Barretto is a distinguished Second Degree Black Belt holder in the martial art of Kempo.
