July 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Allstate agency owners Anthony and John D’Elia were recently named Agent Heroes by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded $500 grants each for a local youth program. The D'Elia brothers, whose office is located at 149 West Merrick Road in Freeport, were among nine Long Island and Queens Allstate agents who donated their Agent Hero grants to the American Cancer Society (ACS) for their Camp Adventure program, for a total of $4500 in donations. The week-long sleepaway camp for children with cancer and their siblings is on Shelter Island, NY, and will be held this year from August 14 to 20.

“As Allstate agents, we believe it is our responsibility to demonstrate the Good Hands Promise in the Freeport community every single day,” said Anthony D'Elia. “It is an honor for John and I to be able to donate these grants to the American Cancer Society and hopefully touch the lives of the youth who are involved.”
