By: Green Energy Reports Mack who personally attended the six hour well servicing by an HSO team confirmed that super-heated steam with a temperature of 812 degrees Farenheit was injected for 29 minutes into the 6,850 foot reservoir which has been capped since 2003, and within nine hours the flow meter indicated a production rate of 675 barrels per day of heavy crude oil. The oil recovered had a specific gravity of seven and thus, was abandoned as "unrecoverable" "In reality, it took the HSO engineers more time to unplug, inspect, and prepare the well, than it did to service it" explained Mack. Unlike other steam injection methods, HSO uses a "continuos stream injection" method that can put over 3,000 cubic feet of steam downhole per minute at constant temperature and pressure that is regulated by sensor-fed computers at 300% less cost than any competitor. Using a special fuel and no chemical contaminants, HSO can revive wells as deep as 10,000 feet so long as the formation is not water-sensitive clays. HSO refuses to provide details about its proprietary technology but will admit that they can service wells both an and off-shore down to 10,000 feet at pressures in excess of 3,000 psi if neccessary. Green Energy Reports also learned that the company is exploring new ceramic-coated molybendum piping that would allow them to go even deeper with their steam injection that has less than 5% heat loss downhole with sustained pressure and steam volumes. Remarkably, HSO technology was originally designed as a weapons system to nuetralize enemy forces hiding in deep underground caves and tunnels for the Department of Defense. But th eproject was abandoned as the "instant death" caused by the super hot steam was deemed to be inhumane. Fortunately, a more useful and profitable use for the technology evolved and has been refined by HSO, which recently turned down buy-out offers from Halliburton and BP. HSO technology actually has two applications: Green Energy Reports further confirmed that nothing but pure steam enters downhole so the oil recovered is uncontaminated and there are no damaging effects upon the environment. "This is one of the very few oil recovery methods that is genuinely green" remarked Mack. Other current methods pump water, dirty oil, or chemicals into a well that not only increase refining costs but damage soils, acquifers, and other water resources. Although company officials at HSO refused to comment, Green Energy Reports has confirmed the company is now being courted by Petro Canada and an unamed investor from Khazikstan and other demonstrations are planned in Dubai, Romania, and China. Green Energy Reports hopes that "The big boys in Houston wake up and smell the coffee" as Mack insists HSO competitors are trying to isolate the upstart company politically in the U.S. forcing the small company to seek foreign contracts in Mexico and elsewhere.
