Miami, Florida – September 9, 2010 – On September 14 and 15, 2010, Standard Textile’s Hospitality division will reveal its exciting new Yin Yang towel collection at the Hospitality Design Boutique (HD Boutique) show in Miami, Florida. Located at booth #903, Standard Textile is showcasing Yin Yang Origin, the first product line in the Yin Yang collection.

The Yin Yang Origin dual-tone terry line provides an innovative drying experience by offering hotel guests a choice—a sensuously soft and gentle side for moments of relaxation and a firmer side for an invigorating and effective drying experience. One towel, two choices.  

“We wanted to give hotel guests a unique option,” explains Greg Eubanks, Group Vice President of Hospitality Sales & Marketing at Standard Textile. “The market is already saturated with products touting softness, but not every hotel guest wants a super soft towel. Yin Yang Origin lets them create their own enjoyable drying experience—whether they prefer soft and luxurious or firm and effective.”

The Yin Yang Origin line also features a contemporary and sophisticated aesthetic appeal. The dual-tone terry line dresses the bathroom in style with its contrasting grey-tone and white sides of the towel. “Standard Textile developed the Yin Yang Collection to be another touch of luxury for the discerning hotel guest,” adds Eubanks. “The cool, neutral tones create an air of relaxation and add an elegance that complements almost any décor.”

To make the Yin Yang Origin line even more appealing to hotel operators, the products arrive Room Ready for YouTM Laundered with Tide®, as are all Standard Textile proprietary engineered products. This means that housekeeping can simply take the ready-to-use towels straight from the box and place them in the rooms—resulting in increased operational efficiency.

Products in the Yin Yang Origin line include bath sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, bath mats, and robes. Color selections are slate, smoke, stone, and sand, with contrasting white.

Image Point Technology
Standard Textile’s Image Point bedding is another example of the company’s commitment to engineering products that reduce overall operational costs. With Image Point Technology, dye is turned into gas prior to adhering to the base cloth for a permanent, no-fade bond. Designs are stored on a digital file which eliminates the issue of discontinued prints and small replacement reorder issues. The technology also shortens initial production lead times since screens do not need to be engraved.
