LA MATERDOMINI has been developed on the know-how of Russo Family, which had already experience in the production of liqueurs and pure alcohol. Russo Family has been working since 1936 with great skill and passion, producing and trading handicraft liqueurs and alcohol. La Materdomini S.r.l. preserves a heritage of tradition, skills and passion. Big investments in the structural, managing, trading and technological innovation have been made to improve their product quality. The aim of the first manager, targeting structural and process innovation, brings the company to purchase facilities in order to establish an industry with sophisticated technologies that would satisfy marketing requirements and improve productive process. The new establishment , the only great establishment of South Italy , is a area of about 5000 mq. The liquor department with three automatic bottling lines with a daily capacity production of 10.000 bottles, a modern distillery with continuous and discontinuous method , an analyse laboratory to make tests during the working process on the final product, a large warehouse. The range of the products of our company concerns: “Limoncello Liqueur”, “Lemon Cream”, “Strawberry Cream”, “Fragolino” The top of production is : - Limoncello, based on old recipes, with lemons from Amalfi Coast and high quality pure alcohol. In this way, we obtain, a typical product of great fragrance, - “Distilled Grappa” obtained from the typical an famous wines production of the region “Grappa di Aglianico”, “Grappa Greco di Tufo”,”Grappa Falanghina” “Grappa Fiano”, “ Grappa Piedirosso”. Liqueurs and grappa produced tend to satisfy tastes and needs of a large consolidated group of customers, through a well defined idea that to renew the range of the products would mean to innovate it into tradition.
