Mud cleaning system for water well

Mud cleaning system is not only a desander, a desilter or a mud cleaner. Sometimes clients will consider mud cleaning system is a mud cleaner, which is composed of desander cone, desilter cone and underflow shaker. Totally it is wrong.

GN mud cleaning system is composed of shale shaker, desander/desilter or mud cleaner, with jet mud mixer connected with the mud tank.

Shale shaker can remove large particles, larger than 0.42mm particle, in case of blocking up the hydrocyclone outlet.
Desander(10 inch desander cone) can remove paricles larger than 0.07mm.
Desilter(4 inch desilter cone) can remove particles larger than 25 microns.

The underflow shaker mounted on desander and desilter can process the separated slurry again, sometimes the clean mud will mix the waste together, so you need the underflow shaker to re-collect the useful drilling mud.
