Born August 17, 1901 in Vittoria, Brazil, he came to the states at a very young age. He lived in New York City for over 90 years without ever getting sick - even during the Spanish Flu.

Lapallo shared tidbits from his life - the health secrets his father, an herbal physician instilled in him, which he follows regularly. His talk lasted for an hour. Kasian noted we are in times of ever accelerating change, and the practices we do daily can prepare our minds, bodies, and spirit to evolve quickly and easily during these times - instead of suffer.
