By: Key Media Results The documentary commences filming this month with initial interviews and trailer production. A small team has been assembled to oversee all aspects of production. More bands have also been added to the bill. Nerve Toy Trio is the new project involving multi-instrumentalist Tony Harn. Tony has released 5 solo albums and is signed to Burning Shed, seen by many as the holy grail of progressive/ Tony was also a member of the duo Resindust which also featured Lewis Gill (Vivahead). Musically they're pitched somewhere between King Crimson, Rush, Steve Hackett and The Police. Read more: http://www.myspace.com/ Abel Ganz - The neo-progressive band Abel Ganz was formed in Glasgow, Scotland, by Hew Montgomery (keyboards) and Hugh Carter (bass, guitar) in 1980. Taking their influences from 1970s prog rock bands Genesis and Yes. After a hiatus in the nineties the band reformed and produced their most acclaimed album to date 'Shooting Albatross' in 2008. Following their recent show at the Pacific Arts centre in Birkenhead the festival panel asked if they would like to appear. Having honed their interpretation of the Close To The Edge album the band are about to go into an 18 month rehearsal period for Tales From Topographic Oceans. With the festival falling in the middle of that period we could see an unusual combination of both albums! SEYES have played with Yes drummer Alan White and re-create the expansive sound and intensity of classic-era Yes concerts, showcasing the intricate arrangements, dynamic instrumental solos, and rich three-part harmonies that have always been the hallmarks of Yes live performances.
